No, I think it's right, I think what he wants is:
warn message = X-Broken-Reverse-DNS: no host name for for IP address \
$sender_host_address
!verify = reverse_host_lookup
If he's doing require, it appears that you need to negitate it for
warn/deny/drop.
Does the X-Broken-Reverse-DNS appear in emails with a reverse dns?
