[Exim] Exim 4.14, FreeBSD 4.4, SMTP Auth

Greetings,

I've just done a successful upgrade from Exim 3.36 to 4.14, and am
preparing to tackle SMTP Auth. I checked the config samples tarball, but
it appears C034 has been removed because it was legacy v3 format.

Does anyone have an example of a working auth config against a FreeBSD
password file?
