At best, this question has so many answers. Which particular answer are you
interested in? ;-)
Anyway, when you define these two:
local_domains = DOMAIN_NAME
qualify_domain = DOMAIN_NAME
then only mail addressed to DOMAIN_NAME will be accepted. All the rest, even
if the other domains have MX pointed to this particular box, will be rejected.
That's the simplistic answer.
