[Exim] Messages held in queue because of quota..

Messages that are held in queue due to a person being over their quota,
does the sender get notification that the person is over quota and being
held? What about when the delivery eventualy fails? Does it say that the
message failed because of quota?

Just wanting to set up that a person that sends a mail to a user over
quota, that the sender gets a message either at failure or/and 1st
attemted delivery.
