that actually looks like the mail did leave your pc
correctly. what
happens to it then
only your provider knows. is there an address rewrite going
on btw?

have you tried

exim -Mvh 190K5j-0003Ft-00
(View the Header; these might actually be bounce messages
or something similar telling you why it didn't work)
and

exim -Mvl 190K5j-0003Ft-00
(View the Log; this might tell you e.g. [the smarthost]
"won't relay for
..." or similar)

while the mail is marked frozen?
