STRANGE, You should check your config, whatever this appears somewhere.
209.237.12.112.29 <--- This is neither a hostname nor an ip, but exim
says "If it doesn't look like an IP i'll handle it as hostname"
Maybe you have this IP configured somewhere in your system?
And sorry for missleading you, this has nothing to do with
callout-verification.
