You can use ravpostfix with Exim. ravpostfix speaks SMTP. Your RAV
license will work.

What do you mean?
Did you try to send the test message I showed you? Please do so if you
did not. This will either show that I'm very wrong or show you that some
mail may be dropped.
And you still did not show you you invoke RAV. From a system filter?
