[Exim] application bug

THis is exim-4.10 on Linux. I just upgraded to RH9. Now I get this:

Apr 2 12:20:43 rpppc1 kernel: application bug: sendmail(4808) has SIGCHLD set to SIG_IGN but calls wait().
