[Exim] Sending to AOL issues (AOL stinks)

Hello,
I'm currently running exim as my servers SMTP and have run into one little
setback... AOL refuses emails from my server because it has a dynamically
assigned IP. So I was wondering where I would look to set up exim to
deliver localmail and forward outgoing mail to my ISP's SMTP server.
Basically I'm a newbie so any help would be great.
