[Exim] FreeBSD port updated to exim-4.14

Hi folks,

Apologies to those who were kept waiting for the update of the FreeBSD
port for Exim to exim-4.14.

The update has been done. Unfortunately, FreeBSD 4.8-RELEASE will ship
with exim-4.12 (plus dbfn and rda patches), because the Exim release
came after the ports freeze for FreeBSD. [1]

Updated packages should begin appearing on the package sites in a couple
of weeks.

[1] On the positive side, the Exim package has retained its promotion to
    the first CDROM in CDROM media sets.
