That is a record of a process on your local host attempting to send a
message to your server, and getting a rejection. It is not Exim trying
again immediately, it is the process that is attempting to send the
message. Turning on connection logging may give you more information.
How can you tell which process? Well, if you run an ident service on
your host, and don't turn off ident queries in Exim, you might learn the
identity of the user running the process.
