Hello Philip,
I am seeing this when building exim-4.14 but I am not sure what the cause
could be:
gcc -c -O -pipe -I. -I /usr/local/include spool_in.c
gcc -c -O -pipe -I. -I /usr/local/include spool_out.c
gcc -c -O -pipe -I. -I /usr/local/include store.c
gcc -c -O -pipe -I. -I /usr/local/include string.c
gcc -c -O -pipe -I. -I /usr/local/include tls.c
In file included from tls.c:84:
tls-openssl.c: In function `tls_init':
tls-openssl.c:343: warning: assignment from incompatible pointer type
gcc -c -O -pipe -I. -I /usr/local/include transport.c
gcc -c -O -pipe -I. -I /usr/local/include verify.c
gcc -c -O -pipe -I. -I /usr/local/include -o local_scan.o ../src/local_scan.c
gcc -c -O -pipe -I /usr/local/include -I. tnef.c
gcc -c -O -pipe -I /usr/local/include -I. exiscan.c
cc -DAPPLLIB_EXP="/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/BSDPAN" -fno-strict-aliasing -I/usr/local/include
-I/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/mach/CORE -I /usr/local/include -c perl.c
I've gone ahead and installed anyway. I am only wondering if
it's so critical, because I am using TLS certs.
