[Exim] newbie questions (archiving and SSL)

I'm pretty new to Exim and I have a couple of questions :
- How can I make Exim send a copy of every mail send to *@local_domain
to archive@local_domain ?
- how can I authorize relay from Internet only with SMTP AUTH and SSL?
