It's not a problem. What you have here is a case of a server using
PIPELINING to send MAIL FROM:, RCPT TO:, and the DATA command all at once.
You've rejected the one and only one recipient in the message and therefore
the DATA command fails because there are no valid recipients.
In short there's nothing to worry about here. It's a fairly common occurnce.
