[Exim] net-lsearch

I have a list of IP's for POP before SMTP auth.

Should the following work?
hostlist relay_from_hosts = 127.0.0.1 : net-lsearch;/var/log/pop_log

The pop_log is just a list of 100 IP's it isn't working atm
