First of all, you should take a look at exiscan. (I think) this is the
easiest way of getting you messages scanned.
With exiscan you can use spamassassin to try to stop spam, an a virus
scanner to scan you messages for viruses / worms.
I use Antivir (
www.antivir.de), but I don't know if you can use it for
free or if you have to pay for it. There is a lot of virus scanners out
there, and I guess you just have to pick one that works and suits you.
