It looks like it might only affect anything that is using OpenSSL. My
Exim does use TLS and obviously OpenSSH does. I noticed my Cyrus imap
server was running fine on port 143 but port 993 (secure imap) gave the
same error that Exim did. I had to strace the sshd process to see the
same error.
