No, that's not going to fly. Logically SMTP is defined only in terms of
delivering one message to one recipient per connection even though it
allows for multiple recipients and multiple messages as optimisation.
What this means is that the handling of response codes which are sent
before any RCPT command(s) _MUST_ be done as if only one message is
being sent to one recipient during the current connection attempt.
