might be sender@???
Try:
# exim -Mrm `exim -bpu | awk '/\*\*\* frozen \*\*\*/ {print $3}'`
or
# exim -bpu | awk '/\*\*\* frozen \*\*\*/ {print $3}' | xargs exim -Mrm
