Thanks for that Yann! I'm working through that original paper of yours
right now!

I'll bounce the proposal back to the list as soon as I have something -
its likely to be a fairly high level proposal though, basically to give
the customer an idea of what we think is required for what they want to
do - if they like the idea then it will obviously have to be redone in a
lot more detail - but that will all depend on how much money they're
willing to throw at us!
