Another fun option, is to place the mail server in a location, that
allows you to bill for services eg California, or you could also place
them in Virginia (if I remember), and just bill them.

Or you can do the AOL, and sue for millions.

My 2, 3 and 4 cents worth, damn it now I am broke. I better stop eating
out all of the time..
