[Exim] RPMS for exim 4.14

I've built a batch of rpms for exim 4.14 with exiscan (26), and dropped

them onto
    ftp://ftp.exim.org/pub/exim/rpms-for-exim/

I am using the RH 7.3 base version myself, all other versions I am
afraid are untested :-/
