[Exim] Exim and anti-virus software

Hello,

Guys, I'm looking for some Exim-friendly open source (free?)
anti-virus software. At least, just virus filter is fine, too. Can
you advice me something? It'd be just great if you will be able to
provide some Exim configs for them, too.
