[Exim] global whitelist for spamd?

Hi Folks
I seem to now have two happily working Exim 4.12 installations using
exiscan and spamd for spam filtering. The spam filtering is working a
real treat, which I am very chuffed about.

My question is in relation to spamd and whitelists: given that exiscan
is calling spamd for its spam checking, is there a global whitelist
somewhere that it checks against?

The other question is related: using "spamassassin -W" you can create a
user preferences file. Is this file used by spamd when doing local
deliveries?
