[Exim] Re-routing mail

Hi,
My mail queue is clogged up, Iam looking for ways to
re-route the mails in the queue through another server
with a different MTA. Any ideas?

Why does exim count the mails that are already
delivered while using the -bpc flag?

Iam using Exim 4.01
