[Exim] RBL Question

How can I tell if RBL is working? Or how can I test it?
This is what I have in my config.

rbl_domains = rbl.mail-abuse.org/reject : dialups.mail-abuse.org/warn :
relays.mail-abuse.org/warn : \
blackholes.mail-abuse.org/reject

rbl_hosts = *
