[Exim] Setting up AUTH PLAIN and AUTH LOGIN

HI All,
Does anyone have a nice easy HOWTO on setting up AUTH PLAIN and AUTH
LOGIN. I've been googling and TBH am getting myself more and more
confused. I'm running exim 4.12
