[Exim] Adding a Mailbox for a new user (Exim )

I’m new to Debian and Linux. Can someone point me in the right
direction as to how to add another user in Exim. Currently a test user
named shawn is working fine, no problems. All I want to do is add
another user; this includes a new mailbox for this new user and all the
correct entries.
