It is hard to see how suggestions such as "throw junk like that right
in the trash" is consistent with a reliable email service. Real users
do send messages with viruses in them. Throwing these in the trash is
no way to run a reliable mail service. You can pass them on or
bounce them. There are pros and cons to both approaches. You
really need to figure out which approach causes the least hassle
from people complaining for your situation.
