[Exim] AUTH (don't shoot me...)

I've got an Exim 3.35.
I have uncommented the auth section in config file:

I have created the /etc/exim/passwd file.
And... now what? What do I put in the file? It says 'crypted
passwords in the second column'. Crypted how? Columns separated with
what?
