I've been using Osirusoft's DUL, which is those records with a value of
127.0.0.3 in the relays.osirusoft.com blacklist.

There's also the NJABL DUL, same value (127.0.0.3) in dnsbl.njabl.org;
the FIVETEN DUL, same value (127.0.0.3) in blackholes.five-ten-sg.com;
Howard Leadmon's LNGS DUL consisting of records with a value of
127.0.0.2 in spamguard.leadmon.net.

I've used the FIVETEN DUL at a few small sites too with good success.

There's also the MAPS DUL, but that's pay-for (dialups.mail-abuse.org).

There may be more too. See:
