Hmmm ... and if you try:
dc=${domain},o=mye-net?mailMessageStore?sub?(cn={$quote_ldap:$local_part})
Don't quite know what mailMessageStore is, or in which schema you have it
defined, nor what the rest of the objectclasses and attributes you have
are, but ...
