[Exim] Strange setuid problem

I am getting the following when using fml. using exim as a sendmail
from the command line, mail workes out, this error only happens during
smtp:

2003-02-11 08:21:41 unable to set gid=105 or uid=549 (euid=51): fml_aliases router (recipient is bluemail@???)
2003-02-11 08:21:51 SMTP connection from localhost (tcob1.net) [127.0.0.1] closed after SIGTERM
2003-02-11 08:21:51 internal problem in fml_aliases router (recipient is bluemail@???): failure to transfer data from subprocess
2003-02-11 08:21:51 redirection process 23300 vanished unexpectedly
2003-02-11 08:21:51 H=localhost (tcob1.net) [127.0.0.1] U=sean F=<sean@???> temporarily rejected RCPT <bluemail@???>: internal problem in fml_aliases router (recipient is bluemail@???): failure to transfer data from subprocess
2003-02-11 08:21:51 SMTP connection from localhost (tcob1.net) [127.0.0.1] closed after SIGTERM

exim is:

which I believe is right, the fml alias router is:
