[Exim] Re-writing the From address for Fetrchmail Daemon

Until today, I have never bother to attempt to try this but how can I
get Exim to rewrite the FETCHMAIL-DAEMON to just be a <> so that
bounced bounces never come back.

I am using the current 4.x exim
