Using
hostlist relay_from_hosts = 127.0.0.1 : dbmnz;/etc/exim/popauth.db
should be enough, or modify your lookup too
${lookup{$sender_host_address}dbmnz{/etc/exim/popauth.db}{$sender_host_address}}
But the first one should be fine :)
