I pinched this ACL snippet from Marc Merlin's config (just as I pinched
much else ;) and it works a treat with 4.12:
# Who may question the server for VRY and EXPN
hostlist vrfy_hosts = +relay_from_hosts
hostlist expn_hosts = +relay_from_hosts
