That is a dynamic IP as I pointed out.

I don't run open proxies here. Maybe someone else who had this IP a day
before I did has one ...

Tell you what - I run mail for a rather largish number of users. And
no, we wouldn't consider using dsbl.org filters in production (not to
mention checking _all_ received headers for dnsbl'd IPs).
