Do yourself a favour and install exim4, the world is much better with
it ;)

OUCH, this will make you an open relay!

The mail-abuse.org rbls are only available for subscribers.

This looks ok.

Please try the exim_checkaccess utility, if this does not help, run

exim -d9 -bh 193.246.251.15
and type

EHLO example.com
MAIL FROM: <your@???>
RCPT TO: <another@???>

And show us the output.
