Don't think so, none of the local usernames recieve mail directly, ie. a
user "dave" might have addresses "david@???" and
"dave.x@???" and even if there was a "dave@???" it would be
specified in the virtual user table as well, so we want the lookup to ALWAYS
happen to define which local user the localuser router delivers to.
