I could be wrong but, my reading of the documentation for 4.12

should be able to set a errors-to variable to control where the bounces
go... In my case, I'd look for the dnslookup router...
dnslookup:

domains = ! +local_domains
transport = remote_smtp
ignore_target_hosts = 0.0.0.0 : 127.0.0.0/8
errors_to = email@$domain <======
