RFC 2821 specifies that CNAMES pointing to MXs are to be supported. Exim
uses a common function for DNS lookups that has CNAME chasing built-in.
This would have to be suppressed explicitly for the case of looking up
MX target addresses. Is there really a lot to be gained?
