[Exim] Local_scan_options, any hints ?

Hello, i have:

local_scan.c:

optionlist local_scan_options[] = {

};

int local_scan_options_count = sizeof(local_scan_options)/sizeof(optionlist);

configure:

I get:

or even with local_scan_expr, both dont work.

Why the hell does exim not found local_scan_dir or local_scan_expr ??
