I think quite a few sites are running it. I have no show-stopping bugs
on my list.
There won't be a 4.13 (see previous postings for why not), but there
will be 4.14. I don't want to wait as long as last time - it was too
long - so it's likely to be out in 4 - 6 weeks, or whenever I feel I've
done enough to make it worthwhile.

After 4.14 there will be 4.xx and so on. When you decide to move is
really up to you, but at the moment it looks as though there will be a
number of releases in 2003.
