[Exim] Received from header

Can any one please explain to me how I can remove the sender's
information from the mail header?

Received: from adsl-xxx-xxx-xxx.host.net ([xx.xx.xxx.xxx])

I have searched for hr's and just don't understand how to do it with
exim.
