[Exim] Typo in spec/manpage

Both exim(8) and spec.txt of v4.12 have this typo:

-q<qflags><time>
...
  When a daemon is started by -q with a time value, but without -db, no   |
  pid file is written unless one is explicitly requested by the -oP       |
  option.                                                                 |

It should read "-bd" instead of "-db"
