[Exim] Including a external program exit or file in the head…

Hello.

There's a way for including a file or result from a program in the exim
transports or routers?

I'm trying to make this as a way to put automatically the anti-virus
version in the messages, so it have to get the version from a file or
extern process (so it can get the correct av and datafiles versions that
are automatically updated)
