^^^^^^ Doing the deny here, is bad, because noone in the list could
mail to your postmaster-account.

deny message = ${lookup {$sender_host_address} dbm{blacklist.dbm}}
hosts = dbm;blacklist.dbm
Hint: you need to supply the FULL path to the file.
