[Exim] timeout_frozen_after does not work

Hi,

I have the following two lines in the configuration file:

ignore_errmsg_errors_after = 2d
timeout_frozen_after = 7d

But still I have the following in mailq:

17d  2.2K 18LHRB-000KaR-00 <> *** frozen ***
          post_cards@???

15d  2.3K 18LuUN-000AbH-00 <> *** frozen ***
          my_pos_t_cards@???

15d  2.3K 18LuXE-000AbV-00 <> *** frozen ***
          my_pos_t_cards@???

Is this feature broken, or I do something wrong? Installed version is:

Exim version 3.36 #3 built 23-Nov-2002 12:41:59
