[Exim] Exim 4.x SRPM spec file which has support for the alt…

Does any of the current specfiles around have this? Doesn't look like
it - at least, the two for current Exims that I found (Tim Jackson's and
Peter Benie's) don't have it.

If there isn't any such beast around, I guess I'll have to write one.
