Would that this were the case.
What it can reveal, however, is details about your internal network layout,
however, if someone manages to crack your firewalling anyway, then these
details are most likely similarly easy to find out.

While not relying on security by obscurity, giving out the minimum
necessary information is potentially not a bad thing.

does "headers_remove = Received" help you at all in your outbound mail
router ?
